The rights of all national minorities must be legally guaranteed and respected in a state governed by the rule of law. Individuals belonging to ethnic minorities must be offered the same cultural, linguistic and educational rights as everyone else. In particular, Greece must put an end to the “statelessness” of the Greek Roma community and uphold the human rights of Roma citizens.
