If you submit a report to govwatch.gr and wish to be attributed as the author, you will be asked to declare personal information in order to activate your account but also to ensure that we can contact you. In this case we require your first name, last name and email.

The information collected during the normal use of the website is used exclusively by us to promote govwatch reports and to support, promote and ensure our communications.

The administrator of the govwatch website safeguards your personal data and may not transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason other than that provided by law, or to the relevant authorities. Govwatch collects “sensitive” personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us or when such data is required or permitted by law.

The right to add to your personal data, provided that this data is necessary for the purposes of processing your data.

Govwatch does not transmit personal data to third parties.

Govwatch may store your personal data in the cloud. This means that your personal data may be processed by a cloud service provider on behalf of govwatch, and that your personal data may be stored in different locations around the world. Govwatch uses organizational and contractual measures to protect your personal data and to impose similar, but in no way less restrictive, requirements on our cloud service providers, including requirements regarding the exclusive processing of your personal data for those purposes mentioned in this Statement.

4. The Security of your Personal Data

Govwatch implements specific technical and organizational security procedures to protect personal data and information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Our partners who support us in the operation of this website also comply with these provisions.

Govwatch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or periodically revise this Statement. In the event of any changes, govwatch will record the date of modification or revision of this Statement and the updated Statement will be valid for you from that date.
